It didn't make since to me but went ahead and planed the butt section the way it was listed. The taper I used was from "The Lovely Reed." I have modified these tapers to adjust them for what I think is a more modern feel. So far everyone that has put the numbers up on Russ Goodings 7613 LT has listed 19 measurements.
